I am frightened. Literally. As a political activist, I am quite fearful, daily, of what is happening in our nation today. I don't mind telling you all this, either. I am scared witless, for lack of a better term. When Scott Brown won his first race I, like many thousands more of you who helped him, felt very relieved. I foolishly believed that Obama would move more to the center like Clinton did in 1994 when the House went Republican after almost 50 years. I mean, here was a "Republican" who beat a popular Democrat in a state that is 3:1 in favor of Democrats and he took the Prince Edward Kennedy "people's seat" running on a pledge to be the 41st vote against the Socialist-at-best and Communist-at-worst "Obamacare." I thought my political activism was all done on January 19, 2010, the night Scott Brown (now a super RINO) defeated Martha Coakley. But then March 21st came, 1/6th of our economy was "reconciled" to the state, the Democrat SOCIALISTS on the House Floor chanted the 1917 Communist Revolution chant of "Yes, We Can" and they forced that insidious law on the American people who didn't and still don't want it as evidenced by the FIRST Brown election and by their own actions such as the current delay in implementation of a key part prior to a major election cycle. 

On that night, Sunday, March 21, 2010, as the Democrat Socialists chanted "Yes, We Can", I decided right then and there I would be a political activist for the rest of my natural life. I became heavily involved by first eliminating all vices from my personal life, getting back with Church and God and then studying. I attended Republican City Committee meetings, attended campaign schools, worked on many campaigns, went to lectures and speeches, attended rallies and events, went to Washington DC to march on the Capitol, ran for Republican State Committee and won even after suspending my campaign and thanking God for blessing me with that win. I am currently the Vice President of a Republican Assembly District, and in a few moments I am going to pass in my nomination papers to become a candidate for City Council in my home town. 

I am frightened. I have studied, as have many of you. And, we know, what is really happening to our nation. The attempt to dissolve America from within. This is why the Founders added the words "...all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC...." to our sworn oaths of office. I will not let my fear daunt me from performing my duty. And, when I see fellow activists first hand, or read/watch/listen to what all of you on my friends list are doing across the fruited plain, my fear subsides and I focus, I energize, and I take action. 

My fellow Americans, my friends, my brothers and sisters in Christ, in God, in love, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU and while we may share some fear and apprehension as the statists try to legislate our demise, or litigate our demise, or seek our demise through the bureaucracies or in the streets with LAME STREAM media aiding and abetting them, all this while we are being divided and side tracked by hyped up superficialities in the "news", know that we have each other, we have the truth, we have God and WE SHALL WIN THE DAY!!! Stay the course.

The Constitution IS the supreme law of the land, to uphold which every official swears an oath. 

The Framers wrote exactly what they meant; that meaning was discussed fully (see the Federalist Papers) and the concerns about over-reach were also brought up (see the Anti-Federalist Papers). 

The people, through their state conventions, approved it *as it was written and meant* and that is how it must be obeyed. 

If we don't like something -- we must amend. No end-runs via activist judges and a legislative and executive branch who simply pay no attention. It is We, the People, who must enforce. 

Step #1 -- learn what the document says and WHY it says what it does.

George Washington said in his Farewell Address in 1796, "If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this in one instance may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed."
 

Concord Minuteman statue -- citizen militiaman with his plow and his state-of-the-art assault weapon, his long gun.  Some had muskets, some had new-fangled rifles.  He was ready to lay down his life for his country...  

Most people today are not willing to skip a rerun episode of TV for their country.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States...  And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
