Forefather's Monument Tour!

We have set a date for the guided tour of the Forefather's Monument on Allerton Street in Plymouth, MA.

Saturday, October 19, 2013, starting at 11 AM.  Price is $30 per person.

We will meet our tour guide, BettyAnn, at the Visitor's Center.  We will get two tours for our time and our money:  the Monument, and a working cranberry bog.  She will choose which one we see first, depending on various factors.  We will likely be done with everything by 3PM.

Anyone who wishes to form carpools, please use the comment areas and if need be I will get people in touch with each other.

Bring-along snacks would be appropriate, and there are plenty of eateries in Plymouth once we are done.

The weather for Saturday looks to be PERFECT -- upper 60's and fair; just enough overcast so the light won't be glare-y!

Can't make it this Saturday, but I have been there and I highly recommend the tour. This monument is the best kept secret in MA and US History. In many ways it is more significant than Plymouth Rock and other historical sites in MA. Don't miss it!

Education must have to work in order to bring positive change in the society as people usually do not have much awareness of things happening in their surrounding and they are being unsuccessful many times.
