We MUST understand the Constitution!

Executive amnesty will pass! they cry in anguish...

THIS IS WHY WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION!

The executive branch HAS NO AUTHORITY IN THIS AREA! It can sign executive orders until the pens fall apart - and IF we understand the Constitution, NONE OF IT will have ANY effect! We would simply laugh at the tyrant wannabe who thinks the pen is mightier than the Constitution.

I also heard on the radio yesterday someone from the NRA bemoaning the danger of the UN small arms treaty. The same principle is at work here! The second amendment SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITS the federal government from having any say in the firearms owned by citizens -- and Article VI clearly states that only treaties made in areas where the Constitution grants authority to the federal government, and in NO OTHER AREAS, are considered law! They can yak all they want -- if we know the Constitution it is a usurpation of powers not granted, therefore NULL and VOID - of no effect or substance!

We live in a "post-constitutional" era. What the Constitution actually says, or what the law actually requires is no longer really much of an impediment for the "Emperor". At least it doesn't appear to be. The Constitution doesn't defend herself. She requires the blood, treasure and maybe the lives of those patriots who will defend her. In the lack of any volunteers to this task, the tyranny will continue, and get even worse. The core problem is the ignorance of the citizenry, their immorality, their lack of understanding of the role that God plays in out history/legal system. American sheeple are so ignorant that they believe that we live in a Democracy, where everything is (and should be) up for a vote. This level of ignorance seems to be the death knell for the American experiment in freedom. When freedom and rights are curtailed in America, the entire globe will be forever be back under tyranny. Americans give Obama leeway because they believe that he has good intentions. We have been duped into forgiving governmental incompetence in the name of perceived good intentions, not performance.
